88% resolved. 22% stayed loyal. What went wrong?
That's the AI paradox hiding in your CX stack. Tickets close. Customers leave. And most teams don't see it coming because they're measuring the wrong things.
Efficiency metrics look great on paper. Handle time down. Containment rate up. But customer loyalty? That's a different story — and it's one your current dashboards probably aren't telling you.
Gladly's 2026 Customer Expectations Report surveyed thousands of real consumers to find out exactly where AI-powered service breaks trust, and what separates the platforms that drive retention from the ones that quietly erode it.
If you're architecting the CX stack, this is the data you need to build it right. Not just fast. Not just cheap. Built to last.
#1 LATEST IN AI TODAY📎

What Happened (Mar 2026):
The ARC Prize Foundation released ARC-AGI-3, a new reasoning benchmark where humans solve tasks easily — but top AI models barely register scores.
What You Need to Know:
Humans can solve 100% of tasks on the first try, while top models score below 1%.
The test presents game-like problems with no instructions, forcing models to infer rules and plan from scratch.
Gemini Pro (0.37%), GPT-5.4 High (0.26%), and Opus 4.6 (0.25%) all performed extremely poorly.
Why It Matters:
Despite rapid progress, true general reasoning — figuring things out from scratch — is still largely unsolved for AI.
#2 LATEST IN AI TODAY📎
What Happened (Mar 2026):
Google Research introduced TurboQuant, a new algorithm that compresses model memory and dramatically speeds up performance without retraining.
What You Need to Know:
TurboQuant reduces memory usage by 8×+ with near-zero accuracy loss.
It delivers up to 8× faster processing on Nvidia H100 chips.
It improves efficiency in long conversations and vector search, where memory costs typically explode.
Why It Matters:
Breakthroughs like this don’t just make AI smarter — they make it cheaper and faster, which is what actually drives mass adoption.
